Qualifications:
1. Male/Female, max 25 years old
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology or Management.
3. Good knowledge in HR function.
4. Good knowledge in recruitment process (sorting, testing, and interviewing candidates)
5. Familiar with Psychology test instruments.
6. Fluent in English both oral and written.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
8. Self motivated, dynamic and high initiative.
9. Computer literate.
