IR (Industrial Relations) SPECIALIST (Working location = Karawang) You will be responsible to manage all aspects of IR in the company, including possibilities of local community handling. Well and deep understanding of the prevailing employment law, as well as experiences in CLA discussion is an important factor for this position. You will be reporting directly to a department manager and should have the ability to collaborate with all levels in the organization. A person with integrity ... this is what we need. Detail assessment would be conducted by DHM PARTNERS. SALES ADMIN OFFICER & SUPERVISOR (Working location = Cikarang, Bekasi) You will be handling and following up all export matters; from the establishment of the list to the invoicing, including documentations, delivery and its administration. This position shall also be a counter part of the finance in unit reconciliation and related payment. Therefore, you should have experiences and familiar with export activities. Since you will be contacting customers, the English ability shall then be a mandatory for the communication. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (Working location = Cikarang, Bekasi) You will be positioned in the maintenance team to support the whole production and process relating to machines. Some important things for this position is an understanding of preventive maintenance. Graduations of electrical and mechanical major, as well as technical high school with a set of technician experiences are encouraged to apply. As a part of the responsibility to be ready on call for troubleshooting support, the client prefers candidates from Cikarang and its surrounding areas. PRODUCTION SUPPORT ENGINEER (Working location = Bekasi) You will be responsible for the introduction process of new products or features in the manufacturing. This matter would include the evaluation and trial step completed by technical files for further implementation within the plant infrastructure, as well as organizing all necessary working instruction for production. Further than just an introduction, you will be responsible for the whole monitoring on process as well as involving in any plant development program through CAPEX utilization. You should have following competences to grab this position; basic refrigerant knowledge, CAD, production & part process knowledge (plastic injection, extrusion, metal stamping, screen printing), raw material understanding. To blend with this MNC manufacturing, you should be a graduation of industrial, electrical or mechanical engineering (bachelor degree) with at least 3 years experiences in the same field, good in English and PC handling, and well understand (preferably familiar) with lean manufacturing process. SPG (Sales Promotion Girl) for EXHIBITION (Working location = Jakarta) This is a daily basis activity during exhibition only (2 to 3 days period). You shall be a female of 18 to 24 y.o., minimum 160 cm height, long hair with proportional weight, love to smile, having a pleasant personality and customer service oriented. University students are welcomed for this short term position. The main responsibility of this position would be explaining and guiding visitors during exhibition.
